Alessandro Vianello is the Official Seller of MR SAVETHEBRAIN Masterpieces.
Through the Social Silence Office (SSO) — Contemporary Art Archive, he also manages the official registration, authentication and provenance documentation of the Masterpieces and coordinates agreements with venues, institutions and property owners involved in the Artist's Sovereign Artistic Incursions.
The Social Silence Office — Contemporary Art Archive is THE SOLE AUTHORIZED OFFICE FOR MR SAVETHEBRAIN.
The Social Silence Office is the sole authorized channel for primary acquisitions, official communications and organizational agreements relating to Sovereign Artistic Incursions.
MR SAVETHEBRAIN is the anonymous, Off-Grid artistic identity of an independent contemporary conceptual artist based in Venice, Italy.
MR SAVETHEBRAIN — PRIVATE ARTIST'S STUDIO

The studio is not a gallery, showroom or public visitor destination. Acquisition of a Masterpiece does not include access to the Artist's studio.
SOCIAL SILENCE OFFICE — PRIVATE OFFICE

Private office. No public access.
The Social Silence Office does not receive visitors and does not operate as a gallery, showroom or retail location open to the public.
Official communications are administered exclusively by email.
The Official Seller's professional address is also designated for correspondence and the receipt of returned Masterpieces by shipment. It is not a public visitor location.
2. OFF-MARKET PROTOCOL — DIRECT-TO-COLLECTOR
These Terms of Sale & Authenticity govern the primary acquisition of MR SAVETHEBRAIN Masterpieces through the Off-Market Protocol, on a Direct-to-Collector basis.
MR SAVETHEBRAIN operates independently of conventional gallery representation and social media visibility.
Original Editions are not distributed through the conventional commercial gallery system.
No gallery, art dealer, agent, advisor, broker or other intermediary is authorized to represent MR SAVETHEBRAIN, negotiate primary acquisitions, issue official certificates or receive payments on behalf of the Official Seller without specific, verifiable written authorization.
These Terms apply to acquisitions administered through the Social Silence Office, together with the specific information communicated for each Masterpiece.
3. MASTERPIECES — ARTISTIC NATURE AND PHYSICAL REALIZATION
Each Masterpiece originates from MR SAVETHEBRAIN's original artistic research and is developed through his distinctive Manual Digital Painting technique, using a digital stylus and graphics tablet.
The process involves hundreds of hours of manual pictorial execution, compositional layering, chromatic refinement and millimetric precision.
Generative artificial intelligence is not used to generate the images of the Masterpieces.
The definitive image approved by the Artist becomes the Sovereign Master File, the original digital source preserved within the Artist's protected archive in Venice, Italy.
FINE ART GICLÉE PRINT — PHYSICAL REALIZATION
Each physical Masterpiece is personally produced by MR SAVETHEBRAIN through Fine Art Giclée Printing, using archival pigment inks on 410 g/m² museum-quality archival canvas.
Fine Art Giclée Printing translates the original digital pictorial composition into a large-scale physical artwork, according to the Artist's production protocol.
The surface receives a glossy finish in accordance with the Artist's production protocol.
MR SAVETHEBRAIN personally prints, inspects, approves, signs and numbers each physical Masterpiece, adding the inscription:
LOVE IS EVERYTHING — THE CONCEPTUAL SIGNATURE OF THE STOP — A SOVEREIGN TOTAL PERFORMANCE.
The acquisition concerns exclusively the physical Masterpiece identified in the official documentation.
The Sovereign Master File, digital source files, pictorial layers and technical production procedures are not included in the acquisition.
The materials are selected for archival Fine Art applications and long-term preservation, subject to appropriate environmental, display and conservation conditions.
4. ORIGINAL EDITION, ARTIST'S PROOFS & AUTHENTICITY
Each Masterpiece is released as an Original Edition of 8, accompanied by 2 Artist's Proofs (AP) outside the primary edition.
All eight editions are individually printed, approved, signed and numbered by the Artist.
The Artist's Proofs are distinct from the primary edition and may be dedicated to artistic and performative purposes, including Sovereign Artistic Incursions within THE STOP.
SOVEREIGN CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY
Each Original Edition acquired through the Social Silence Office is associated with a Sovereign Certificate of Authenticity (COA).
The certificate documents the identification of the physical Masterpiece and its edition number.
Each edition is linked to a Unique Registry ID, establishing the documentary correspondence between the Masterpiece, its Certificate of Authenticity and its archival registration.
The certificate is dispatched separately from the Masterpiece, after the expiry of any applicable statutory withdrawal period, provided that the right of withdrawal has not been validly exercised.
The separate dispatch of the certificate does not modify or restrict the purchaser's rights.
RHV — RELATIVE HIGH VALUE HISTORY & REGISTRY
The Social Silence Office administers the RHV — Relative High Value History & Registry, dedicated to preserving the history of primary allocations, recorded provenance and documentary continuity of the Masterpieces.
All eight numbered editions of the same Masterpiece share the same Official Allocation Price established by the Artist for the primary edition.
The individual edition number, from 1/8 to 8/8, does not automatically determine a higher primary acquisition price.
The RHV is a documentary and archival system.
It does not constitute a guarantee of appreciation, liquidity, financial return, future demand, minimum resale value or repurchase.
5. PRIVATE ACQUISITION — OFFER, ACCEPTANCE & CONFIRMATION
The official website, www.mrsavethebrain.com, presents MR SAVETHEBRAIN Masterpieces and enables visitors to contact the Social Silence Office.
No public shopping cart or immediate online checkout system is provided.
Submitting an inquiry through CONTACT constitutes an expression of interest only.
THE INITIAL INQUIRY CREATES NO OBLIGATION TO PURCHASE.
ACQUISITION OFFER
The Social Silence Office provides the interested party with a written offer by email, containing the information relevant to the specific acquisition:

ACCEPTANCE & CONFIRMATION
The interested party may expressly accept the offer through email correspondence, according to the procedure communicated by the Social Silence Office.
Acceptance must be unequivocal and must clearly acknowledge any resulting payment obligation.
The acquisition is concluded under the conditions established by the offer and acceptance, in accordance with applicable law.
The Social Silence Office provides written confirmation of the acquisition and the relevant information on a durable medium by email.
No separate signed contractual document is required.
These Terms of Sale & Authenticity constitute the applicable general conditions, while official correspondence identifies the specific elements of each acquisition.
OFFICIAL INVOICING
The invoice relating to the acquisition is issued by the Official Seller, Alessandro Vianello, including the fiscal information required under applicable law.
The documentation may identify MR SAVETHEBRAIN as the artistic identity and the Social Silence Office — Contemporary Art Archive as the official administrative office.
The Official Seller's name and VAT number remain clearly identifiable in the fiscal documentation.
6. OFFICIAL ALLOCATION PRICE, PAYMENT & ARCHIVAL CUSTODY
OFFICIAL ALLOCATION PRICE
Masterpiece prices are communicated privately through the Social Silence Office.
Prices are not published on the website.
All eight numbered editions of the same Masterpiece share the same Official Allocation Price, regardless of the individual edition number.
The acquisition offer specifies the applicable VAT treatment, taking into account the destination and current tax regulations.
Insured worldwide shipping is included in the Official Allocation Price, except for additional services specifically requested and separately agreed upon.
Any customs duties, import taxes or other destination-country charges imposed by the competent authorities are the responsibility of the purchaser and are not included in the Official Allocation Price.
Such charges vary according to the destination country's laws, customs classification and applicable procedures. Their exact amount may not be reasonably ascertainable by the Official Seller in advance.
The purchaser is informed of this responsibility before acquisition confirmation, together with any available information concerning the applicable charges.
BANK-TRANSFER SETTLEMENT
Payment is made exclusively by bank transfer to an account held in the name of the Official Seller, Alessandro Vianello.
The bank account designated for acquisition payments is held with a banking institution in Venice, Italy.
Bank transfer details are provided through the official documentation relating to the acquisition.
The account holder identified in the payment instructions must correspond to the Official Seller named in these Terms and in the fiscal documentation.
Payments to galleries, brokers, agents or other third parties are not authorized unless those parties have been expressly identified as legitimate payment recipients.
If banking instructions appear unusual, unexpected or altered, the purchaser is encouraged to verify them through a previously established official communication channel before transferring funds.
The name of the Venice-based banking institution, its branch and the bank account details are not published on the website. They are communicated confidentially through the official acquisition documentation.
SOVEREIGN MASTER FILE — PRIVATE ARCHIVAL CUSTODY
The definitive Sovereign Master File is preserved within the Artist's protected archive, under private bank custody in San Marco 383 - Venice, Italy.
The archive preserves the original digital source and supports the documentary continuity of artistic provenance.
Archival custody is separate from the banking arrangements used for acquisition payments.
Bank custody of the Sovereign Master File does not constitute a bank guarantee of the Masterpieces' economic value, an investment service or a promise of future appreciation.
THE COLLECTOR ACQUIRES THE PHYSICAL MASTERPIECE. THE SOVEREIGN MASTER FILE REMAINS UNDER ARCHIVAL CUSTODY IN VENICE.
7. PRODUCTION, DELIVERY & WORLDWIDE FINE ART SHIPPING
Original Editions are not maintained as ordinary inventory in a public showroom.
Following acquisition confirmation, access to the relevant Sovereign Master File is authorized for the physical production of the allocated edition.
MR SAVETHEBRAIN personally produces the Masterpiece through Fine Art Giclée Printing, inspects it, approves it, signs and numbers it, and adds the LOVE IS EVERYTHING inscription.
The ordinary production and preparation period is up to 14 business days, plus transportation time.
The expected delivery information is communicated before acquisition confirmation, in accordance with applicable legal time limits and purchaser rights.
FINE ART PACKAGING & SHIPPING
Masterpieces are dispatched unstretched, rolled and protected inside a reinforced tube designed for the international transportation of Fine Art.
Worldwide shipping is insured and traceable.
The transfer of risk of loss or damage during transportation is governed by applicable law, including mandatory consumer protections.
Upon receipt, the purchaser is encouraged to inspect the packaging and Masterpiece and promptly report any irregularities.
Failure to report an issue immediately does not automatically result in the loss of statutory rights.
8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL, OFFICIAL RETURN ADDRESS & REFUNDS
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
For distance acquisitions subject to Italian or European consumer protection law, purchasers qualifying as consumers generally have 14 days from receipt of the Masterpiece to exercise their statutory right of withdrawal without giving any reason, subject to the exceptions established by law.

Prior authorization from the Social Silence Office is not required to validly exercise a statutory right of withdrawal.
Exceptions relating to genuinely personalized goods apply only where the specific statutory requirements are satisfied.

This address is the Official Seller's professional address and is designated for receiving returned Masterpieces by shipment.
It is not a showroom, gallery or retail location open to the public. Personal deliveries are not accepted without prior arrangement.
RETURNING THE MASTERPIECE
A consumer who has validly exercised the right of withdrawal must return the Masterpiece without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of communicating the decision to withdraw, unless the Official Seller has agreed to collect it.
The Masterpiece must be adequately protected during transportation, taking into account its physical characteristics, dimensions and surface finish.
Use of the original reinforced tube, if still suitable, or equivalent protective packaging is recommended.
The purchaser is encouraged to contact the Social Silence Office for appropriate packaging and transportation guidance, including any customs procedures applicable to international returns.
Such contact does not constitute an additional condition for validly exercising the right of withdrawal.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
The direct costs of returning a Masterpiece are borne by the consumer where permitted by law, provided that this condition has been properly disclosed before the acquisition.
Where the Masterpiece cannot normally be returned by ordinary post, the pre-contractual information includes an estimate of the direct return costs whenever required by applicable law.
Returns resulting from a lack of conformity or other circumstances attributable to the Official Seller are governed by the relevant statutory guarantees and legal provisions.
For returns originating outside the European Union, the parties cooperate in preparing the appropriate customs documentation, in accordance with the obligations and responsibilities established by the competent authorities.
INSPECTION OF THE RETURNED MASTERPIECE
When a Masterpiece is physically returned, the Official Seller inspects and documents its condition.
The inspection includes the integrity of the support, surface, signature, edition numbering and other identifying elements.
Any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the Masterpiece is assessed in accordance with applicable law.
Damage or alteration does not automatically extinguish the right of withdrawal or authorize the complete refusal of a refund.
Any consumer liability and legally permissible deductions are assessed and documented in accordance with applicable law.
REFUNDS
Where the statutory right of withdrawal applies and has been validly exercised, the Official Seller reimburses the amounts due in accordance with applicable law.
Under European consumer protection rules, reimbursement is ordinarily due without undue delay and within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice.
For sales contracts, unless the Official Seller has offered to collect the Masterpiece, reimbursement may be withheld until the Masterpiece has been received or the purchaser has provided evidence of its return shipment, whichever occurs first.
Upon physical return, the Official Seller inspects and documents the condition of the Masterpiece. Any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature and characteristics is assessed in accordance with applicable law.
Reimbursement is made using the original payment method, unless the consumer expressly agrees otherwise and incurs no additional fees.
PROFESSIONAL & INTERNATIONAL PURCHASERS
For purchasers acting in the course of a business or professional activity, the consumer right of withdrawal does not automatically apply, unless mandatory law or specific contractual terms provide otherwise.
International acquisitions remain subject to any mandatory purchaser protections applicable under the relevant legal framework.
9. MASTER SHIELD — COPYRIGHT, MORAL RIGHTS & ARTISTIC INTEGRITY
9.1 — OWNERSHIP OF THE PHYSICAL MASTERPIECE
The acquisition transfers ownership of the physical Masterpiece identified in the official documentation to the collector.
Ownership of the physical Masterpiece does not automatically transfer copyright or economic exploitation rights in the artwork.
Under Article 109 of Italian Law No. 633 of April 22, 1941, the transfer of one or more copies of an artwork does not, unless otherwise agreed, entail the transfer of the related economic exploitation rights.
The collector acquires the physical Masterpiece and retains the lawful rights of possession, custody, use and transfer recognized by applicable law.
9.2 — REPRODUCTION & ECONOMIC EXPLOITATION RIGHTS
MR SAVETHEBRAIN retains the economic exploitation rights in his artistic creations, to the extent provided by applicable law.
Such rights include, where legally protected, reproduction, adaptation, distribution of reproductions, communication to the public and commercial exploitation of artwork images.
Acquisition of the physical Masterpiece does not automatically grant the right to:

Produce additional copies or editions of the Masterpiece.

Commercialize reproductions or merchandise.

Produce derivative works for commercial exploitation.

Create and commercialize NFTs or other digital products based on the artwork.

Grant third parties licenses to exploit the artwork's image.
Any additional authorizations or licenses must be established by a specific written agreement.
All statutory exceptions and limitations to copyright remain applicable.
9.3 — THE ARTIST'S MORAL RIGHTS
MR SAVETHEBRAIN retains the moral rights granted to authors under applicable law, including the right of attribution and protection of the artwork's integrity.
The Artist may assert these rights in the circumstances and within the limits prescribed by law.
The Artist's moral rights do not extinguish ownership lawfully acquired by the collector.
Any statutory right to withdraw an artwork from commercial circulation on serious moral grounds does not establish a general right to unilaterally reclaim a Masterpiece already sold.
9.4 — SOVEREIGN MASTER FILE & DIGITAL SOURCE
The Sovereign Master File is the original digital source approved by the Artist.
Acquisition of a physical Masterpiece does not include delivery or transfer of the Sovereign Master File, digital pictorial layers, technical tools or production procedures.
The original file remains under the Artist's archival custody protocol.
The collector does not automatically acquire rights to access or reproduce the digital source.
9.5 — THE STOP & LOVE IS EVERYTHING
THE STOP — A Sovereign Total Performance constitutes MR SAVETHEBRAIN's overarching conceptual artwork.
The Masterpieces are its physical traces.
LOVE IS EVERYTHING is the conceptual signature of THE STOP.
Acquisition of an individual Masterpiece does not automatically transfer rights in the broader artistic architecture, the Sovereign Art System or other intangible elements protected under applicable law.
9.6 — DISPLAY OF THE MASTERPIECE & IMAGE USE
The collector may lawfully possess, preserve and display the physical Masterpiece, subject to applicable law.
The exhibition of a collector-owned Masterpiece by a gallery, dealer or other third party does not constitute gallery representation of MR SAVETHEBRAIN or authorization to act on behalf of the Artist or the Official Seller.
No gallery or third party may claim official representation, administer primary allocations, issue official certificates or present itself as an authorized venue for Sovereign Artistic Incursions without specific written authorization.
The reproduction and use of images or videos of the Masterpiece for advertising, commercial exploitation or other purposes remain subject to applicable copyright, statutory exceptions and any licenses granted.
Any necessary authorizations may be requested through the Social Silence Office.
Alterations, reproductions or products not approved by the Artist must not be falsely attributed to him.
9.7 — RESALE & PROVENANCE CONTINUITY
The physical Masterpiece may lawfully be transferred or resold by its owner, subject to applicable law.
Upon request and in accordance with its documentary procedures, the Social Silence Office may register subsequent changes of ownership.
Updating the RHV supports the continuity of documented provenance.
Registration of a subsequent transfer is not, in itself, a legal requirement for the validity of the resale.
Neither the Official Seller nor the Social Silence Office guarantees future resale, a minimum value, appreciation or the availability of purchasers.
9.8 — ARTIST'S RESALE RIGHT — DROIT DE SUITE
Subsequent resales of a Masterpiece may be subject to the Artist's Resale Right (droit de suite) under Articles 144 et seq. of Italian Law No. 633/1941 and other applicable legislation.
This statutory right applies where the relevant legal conditions, professional art-market participation and thresholds are satisfied.
It does not automatically apply to private-to-private sales and does not constitute an additional contractual charge imposed by the Social Silence Office.
The Social Silence Office does not impose general restrictions on resale prices or guarantee future appreciation.
9.9 — LOANS, DOCUMENTATION & PRIVATE ACCESS
The Social Silence Office may propose voluntary documentary activities, photography, agreed inspections or exhibition loans to the owner.
Nothing in these Terms grants the Artist or the Social Silence Office the right to unilaterally access private property, recover a Masterpiece or impose an exhibition loan without consent.
Any additional loans or activities must be governed by a specific agreement between the parties.
10. LEGAL GUARANTEE, CONFORMITY & PRESERVATION
Each Masterpiece is personally printed, inspected and approved by MR SAVETHEBRAIN before dispatch.
For consumer acquisitions, the statutory legal guarantee of conformity applies under the conditions established by applicable law, ordinarily for two years from delivery for new goods.
The guarantee concerns qualifying defects of conformity attributable to the condition of the Masterpiece at delivery, in accordance with applicable law.
It does not cover damage arising after delivery from improper handling, mounting, storage, exposure, unauthorized alterations or other circumstances not attributable to an original lack of conformity, subject to mandatory legal provisions.
PRESERVATION & CONSERVATION
The Masterpiece must be preserved under appropriate environmental conditions, avoiding:

Excessive humidity and temperature fluctuations.

Contact with aggressive chemical substances.

Improper handling of the surface.

11. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES
These Terms are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to any mandatory legal provisions applicable to the acquisition.
Consumers residing in other countries retain the benefit of any mandatory protections provided by the relevant legal framework.
Disputes are subject to the competent courts and authorities under applicable jurisdictional rules.
No exclusive Venice jurisdiction is imposed in derogation of mandatory consumer protection rules.
Purchasers may address complaints to the Social Silence Office in an attempt to reach a direct resolution, without losing the right to pursue any remedies available under applicable law.
