1. Definition of the artwork

​

Each work from the LOVE IS EVERYTHING Art Collection acquired through the SOCIAL SILENCE OFFICE - CONTEMPORARY ART ARCHIVE (SSO) is a museum-quality post-digital masterpiece, created exclusively and personally by MR SAVETHEBRAIN™. The work consists of a digital painting with manual digital layering (The Script™), created using a pen on a graphics tablet and printed directly by the Artist in Venice with archival pigments on 410 g/m² museum-quality canvas. Each piece is protected by a professional gloss varnish, guaranteeing a certified lifespan of over 200 years.

2. Authenticity protocol

 

• Sovereign Certification: Each masterpiece is accompanied by a physical Certificate of Authenticity (COA) bearing the Artist's embossed seal, the Official Venetian Seal of Provenance, and a unique Registry ID. To ensure the integrity of the transaction, the COA is dispatched separately 14 days after the formal receipt of the work.

• Registration in the RHV Registry: Upon acquisition, the work is registered in the Register of Goods of Relative High Value (RHV). This registration constitutes the only recognized proof of ownership and provenance within the jurisdiction of the SSO.

3. Financial integrity and fixed value

 

• Relatively High Value (RHV): To protect the equity of the collector's investment, the Artist establishes a fixed minimum floor price for all Original Editions (strictly limited to 8 registered copies worldwide, plus 2 Artist Proofs reserved for archival and Subversive Artistic Incursions). The RHV is a sovereign protection protocol designed to ensure the long-term stability and prestige of the work as a sovereign artistic asset. As the MR SAVETHEBRAIN Archive matures through systemic artistic incursions, the SSO reserves the right to periodically adjust the RHV threshold to reflect the certified longevity and historical relevance of the collection. This adjustment is not a market fluctuation, but a protocol-driven preservation of asset integrity for existing and future custodians.

• Non-Speculative: The SSO operates outside of traditional speculative gallery circuits. The RHV system ensures that the work maintains its status as a stable artistic asset, protected from market volatility.

​4. Payment and direct acquisition

 

• Official Access Protocol: Acquisitions are handled exclusively through the direct studio-collector channel. No intermediary, gallery, or third-party art consultant is authorized to represent the Artist or modify the settlement terms.

• Settlement: Payment credentials are provided only after formal approval of the protocol request. All transactions are final.

5. Logistics and displacement

 

• High-Quality Service Shipping: SSO offers complimentary, insured shipping worldwide. Works are shipped rolled from our Venice headquarters in reinforced, archival-quality rigid tubes to ensure maximum integrity during transport.

• Right of Withdrawal: In accordance with the protocol for remote purchases, the Buyer has the right to withdraw from the acquisition within 14 days upon receipt of the work.

• Conditions for Refund: The exercise of this right is strictly conditional upon the return of the work in its original, undamaged condition. Upon receipt, the SSO will conduct an integrity inspection. If the work shows any damage, alteration, or misuse, the request for a refund will be denied.

• Costs: In the event of withdrawal, all shipping costs and insurance premiums for the return of the work to the Venice headquarters shall be borne exclusively by the Acquirente. The refund will be processed only after the successful verification of the work’s integrity, excluding any original outbound shipping costs incurred by the SSO.

6. Intellectual property and reserved rights (Master Shield)

​

The purchase of a physical work grants ownership of the physical medium only. Pursuant to international copyright laws and Italian law (Art. 109 L. 633/41), the Artist strictly reserves all intellectual property rights. The following rights are not transferred and remain the exclusive property of MR SAVETHEBRAIN:

• A. Moral rights (Inalienable and perpetual)

• Right of authorship: The absolute right to be recognized as the sole author of the work.

• Right to integrity: The right to object to any modification, mutilation, or alteration of the work that may harm the Artist's reputation or the conceptual purity of The Script.

• Right of withdrawal: The right to withdraw the work from the market for serious moral reasons (subject to legal compensation).

• B. Economic rights (Commercial exploitation)

• Right of reproduction: The exclusive right to authorize any digital or physical copy (prints, catalogs, posters, or digital scans).

• Right of public communication: Any display in public spaces, museums, or media (film/TV/digital broadcast) requires prior formal authorization from the SSO.

• Right of transformation: The exclusive right to authorize any derivative work, adaptation, or "remix," including the creation of digital assets or NFTs (Non-Fungible Tokens).

• Commercial use: The collector is prohibited from using the image of the work for advertising, branding, or any promotional activity for third-party products.

• C. Special sovereign rights

• Right of resale (Droit de Suite): The Artist (and his heirs) reserves the right to a percentage of the sale price on all secondary market transactions, in accordance with international laws and protocols.

• Right of access: The Artist reserves the right to access the physical work (at the collector's convenience) for documentation, photography, or inclusion in institutional exhibitions.

7. Jurisdiction

 

This contract is governed by the laws of the Republic of Italy. Any dispute arising from the sale, authenticity, or provenance of the work will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Venice.

8. Acceptance of Protocol

 

The completion of payment and the acceptance of the work constitute unconditional acceptance of these Terms of Sale and Authenticity by the Acquirente. This document supersedes any previous verbal or written agreements.
