The Social Silence Office (SSO) is the sole official entity authorized to handle inquiries, acquisitions, and commissions for the Master MR SAVETHEBRAIN. We operate directly from the sovereign jurisdiction of Venice, Italy. All interactions, acquisitions, and disputes are governed by Italian law, with the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Venice.

3. The Artwork & Authenticity

 

(RHV Protocol) Images of artworks on this site are for illustrative purposes. Given the Master’s technique of millimetric Digital Painting, variations in device display are inevitable.

• Authenticity: Every work is a museum-grade asset, accompanied by a Sovereign Certificate of Authenticity (COA) with a unique Registry ID and entry in the RHV (Relative High Value) Registry.

• Integrity: We do not engage with third-party art advisors, galleries, or unauthorized brokers. Any artwork claim or valuation originating outside the SSO Protocol is non-authentic noise.

​4. Intellectual Property Rights

 

All intellectual property, including but not limited to "The Script," concepts of "Iconographic Sabotage," and the "LOVE IS EVERYTHING™" brand, is the exclusive property of the Artist and the SSO.

• Prohibitions: You must not republish, sell, modify, or exploit any material from this website for commercial purposes without prior written consent from the SSO.

• Sovereignty: Nothing on this website grants any license or right to utilize the Artist’s intellectual property.

5. Limitation of Liability

 

The information provided is for archival and acquisition purposes. While we ensure the highest standards of data integrity and provenance, we do not warrant the website's availability or the completeness of third-party archival data. The SSO is not liable for technical interruptions or external network failures.

6. Restricted Access & Conduct

• Access: We reserve the right to restrict access to our digital space at our discretion.

In such cases, obligations are suspended for the duration of the event.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy. Both parties agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Venice for any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

• Amendments: These Terms may be amended at any time. The updated version governs your use of the website from the date of posting.

• Severability: Each paragraph operates independently. If any part is deemed unenforceable, the remainder of the Terms remains in full force.​

 

 

​11. Entire Agreement

​

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire understanding between the parties and supersede all prior agreements. No modification is valid unless it is IN WRITING AND SIGNED BY THE SOCIAL SILENCE OFFICE.
